[Press Release] Reorganization of DENZAI Group Companies

DENZAI K.K. (Kohki Uemura, President and CEO; Minato-ku, Tokyo) has announced that it implements a corporate reorganization within the DENZAI Group on January 1, 2024, whereby DENZAI Holdings Inc. absorbs DENZAI K.K. and DENZAI Global Solutions Inc. and changed its name to DENZAI K.K.

Background of Group Company Reorganization

With operations in 13 countries around the world, including Japan, the number of operating companies within the global expansion group has grown to 26, and the number of consolidated employees has exceeded 1,100 as of December 2023. The reorganization is being implemented in light of the need to strengthen management structure and corporate governance by consolidating corporate functions. The reorganization is intended to further accelerate management decision-making and create synergies by making better use of the Group's resources.
