Condolence of MR JIMMY CHUA TECK SENG

On 23rd of July, Mr. Jimmy Chua, CEO of Huationg Group and Chairman of the Singapore Crane Association, passed away suddenly this morning due to a sudden worsening of a chronic illness.

He was 62 years old.

Jimmy and I first met in the Fall of 2019. From the day we met, we became friends like old friends, and we hit it off about business development through the business merger of Huationg and DENZAI Group.

He told Huationg employees, "From now on, we, Huationg will absorb many good things from DENZAI and grow even more," while he always told DENZAI management how Huationg was blessed with great human resources.

Without his leadership, we would not have been able to achieve a V-shaped recovery after Covid crisis, and we are here today because of him.

He alway said "With Huationg and DENZAI, we will build the best crane company in Asia!" I will never forget the night we stood shoulder to shoulder and talked about it.

He contributed to the growth of Huationg and the crane industry in Singapore for many years, and in his later years he made a great contribution to the development of DENZAI Group's overseas business. The entire DENZAI Group companies would like to give him a grand send-off.

Also, we would like to express our sincere condolences and sympathy to his bereaved family.
