Announcement of the introduction of a unique childbirth and childcare support benefit program(Denzai Engineering Corporation)

Denzai Engineering Corporation has established its own benefit program in addition to the legal requirements for the purpose of supporting childbirth and childcare. We are pleased to announce that the following details have been introduced as of September 1, 2021.

(1) Wage compensation during maternity leave
During the maternity leave from 6 weeks before to 8 weeks after childbirth, the company will compensate the difference between the maternity allowance paid by the social insurance and the wages (1/3 of the wages).

(2) Special paid maternity leave
Employees are entitled to five days of special paid maternity leave for the purpose of childbirth checkups from conception to six weeks before childbirth.

(3) Bonus compensation
Employees will be compensated with a minimum bonus of ¥150,000/time for all evaluation periods during the maternity leave from six weeks before to eight weeks after childbirth.

(4) Compensation for shortened working hours
Employees who work shorter hours for the purpose of breastfeeding their child until the child turns two year old will be compensated for up to two hours of shorter work.

(5) Childbirth comeback system
If you resign due to pregnancy or childbirth, you can rejoin the company upon request. Terms of employment: the employment conditions will be discussed individually. (If you leave before your child turns 1 year old and return to work within 3 years)

(6) Bringing children to work
Employees are allowed to bring their children to work with them until the children enter elementary school. The company will provide an environment where employees can bring their children to work without anxiety.
