[Press Release] DENZAI Awarded First Project on African Continent
24 September 2024, Tokyo, Japan - DENZAI K.K. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Head office: Muroran City, Hokkaido; President and CEO: Kohki Uemura; hereinafter 'DENZAI') announces that its South Korean subsidiary, DENZAI International Projects Co., Ltd., has been awarded a project in Port Harcourt, Federal Republic of Nigeria, its first on the African continent.
The project was awarded to Daewoo E&C Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Daewoo Engineering & Construction, by Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited (IEFCL) this year. DENZAI Group will provide technical planning, dispatch crane operators and lease a 1350t crawler crane, LR11350, to be used for plant construction.
