12 July 2024, Tokyo, Japan - DENZAI K.K. (President and CEO: Kohki UEMURA; Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Head office: Muroran City, Hokkaido; hereinafter "DENZAI") has announced that DENZAI and Besterra Co., Ltd (Representative Director & President; Yutaka HONDA, Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo, TSE No.;1433, hereinafter "Besterra") have agreed to enter into a strategic partnership agreement for the development (Business Alliance) of demolition business for overseas plants.


By combining Besterra's unique engineering technologies (patents, know-how, etc.) and construction management capabilities for dismantling plant facilities with DENZAI's extensive lineup of equipment, such as ultra-large crawler cranes and special transportation equipment, as well as our procurement and planning capabilities and international mobility, we are developing a high-quality dismantling business for overseas plants together.
